About Joelle Engolia

A Louisiana native, Joelle began her career in digital news, working as a producer in CNN's citizen journalism iReport division. Following her move to the UK in 2014, she shifted into Marketing at an adventure travel charity based at the Royal Geographical Society in London, combining office-based work with a role as a Media Leader on a six week expedition to the Indian Himalayas. 

She has since moved to consumer products, working first for a books publisher and now within the gifting industry for Wild & Wolf. She has delivered multi-touchpoint marketing activity for licensed product collections with Disney, Marvel, MGA Entertainment, Ted Baker and Orla Kiely, as well as fast-growing own-brand IP ranges. 

She was brought on board to devise and execute Wild & Wolf's first influencer marketing strategy, tasked with delivering on key objectives of increased site traffic and purchase conversions. Within her current role she also sets the strategic direction for consumer & trade Press and Awards activity, as well as managing product copywriting and trade EDMs.

In her leisure time, Joelle enjoys travelling, photography, reading and staying active with hikes, walks and fitness classes like Extreme Trampolining.
