About this event
Sue, Tonia, Nicky and Julie invite you to join them as they reflect on their varied paths in to tech roles and some of their proudest achievements working with Cafcass. In a fireside chat format, they’ll take turns to moderate questions between each other and the audience to draw out and share something of themselves and also the impact of their efforts to the delivery of services to the 130,000 children a year that Cafcass works with. There will be plenty of opportunity to take questions from and also send out to the audience, who they definitely want to hear and learn from too.
About Cafcass and its technology strategy:
Cafcass’ transformation to a digital organisation has been some years in the making, supporting a dispersed national workforce and broader organisational change. The move to a fully functioning digital organisation has improved the services we offer families through innovative use of digital tools. We have also made a positive impact on the day-to-day working lives of our staff, most of who work away from the office, in courts and with children and families. They now have 24/7 connectivity and an ability to work from any location, via smartphones or laptops, using efficient and intuitive digital tools.
