Over the last year we have been developing our use of digital to support our customers, giving them more choice in how they interact with us. The pandemic has shifted some areas of our business quite dramatically to being digital only, and we are going to talk to you about how we’ve been developing our digital platforms to support our customers but also how we’ve adapted some areas of the business to digital only and the benefits.
