About this event

Have you ever wanted to learn how to code and create music at the same time? Now you can!

A musician, artist and programmer, Joseph will share with you his amazing knowledge of computer programming and how it can be used to make art in an accessible way. From generative knitting, algorithmically grown ceramics, 3d printed fashion, poetry written in code, Shakespeare inspired programming languages, Artificial Intelligence used to create new musical instruments, comedy improvisation with robots and code as a live performance controlling music and visuals, the possibilities are endless.

Once you've been shown the ropes, it's over to you to try your hand at creating a piece of visual performance using code.

Joseph will finish the evening with a performance of his own whilst you grab a beer, sit back and enjoy the sounds.

Please note: You will need to bring your own fully charged laptop along.
