Co-Creation is one of the burgeoning buzzwords in digital closely followed by ‘transformation’ and ‘innovation’. But what do they really mean to businesses?
In our lid-off session we will explore in detail how to employ a working practice that reaps the rewards of collaboration between agencies, clients and customers – A.K.A. ‘Co-creating’. We have discovered the rewards of Co-Creating start with delivering work more efficiently and cost effectively and end in a transformation of culture and business thinking within organisations.
Working in a truly open and collaborative way enables organisations to be more learning focussed, more lean and able to continually appraise their goals during programs of work. This profound shift in behaviour create a cultural change and allows organisations to nurture innovation as a core organisational trait. Our session will share the successes (and pitfalls) we’ve encountered on our journey to putting Co-Creation to the heart of our agency and embedding it into our clients businesses.
We’ll look at how we’ve hacked Agile methodologies for technical as well as brand and design projects. Changed the traditional agency model so the barriers between client and agency are not only blurred but indistinguishable.
We’ll then host a ‘change one thing’ workshop to explore ways to begin or further your journey into becoming an agent for cultural change and innovation through Co-Creation.
